The government has asked each partnership to produce a Community Strategy which will co-ordinate effort to tackle priorities in each area. Horsham District Community Partnership undertook a major consultation with both residents and stakeholders and produced a Community Strategy in 2004. This will be delivered through the theme groups of the partnership and their action plans.
