Secure, affordable and pleasant homes to live in should be available to all of us. In working to address the range of housing options for all people living and working in Horsham District the Community Partnership aims to:

• Improve accessibility to appropriate forms of housing
  Continue research into needs and affordability
  
  
• Work with housing providers and other stakeholders across all sectors
  
  
• Lobby relevant regional and national agencies for increased funding to support more affordable housing
  
  
• Investigate ways of working together to look at incentives available to help deal with under-occupation of existing affordable homes and/or freeing up accommodation
  

The work on these priorities is being progressed through the Housing Theme Group and its Action Plan in collaboration with the other Theme groups.
